Update Frequency

New data every 6 hours

Our system runs an update on every shipment every 6 hours. If new data is available, the corresponding information will be displayed in the dashboard. New data will trigger an alert which will appear in your dashboard and can also be sent via email if you select the option.

Container Updates within a BL or BK

Data updates for all containers within a BL or BK will be displayed in the main shipment view, whereas data updates for specific containers (in the case of split BLs) will be displayed in the "container" tab of the shipment. Alerts will be triggered in both case.

Get emails when data is updated

Go to Alerts Settings and turn on email notifications to get email updates on every shipment.
