Kanban View

Safecube’s Shipment Kanban helps you visualize, organize, and track shipments with full flexibility — making it easy to follow internal processes, customs clearance, and customer billing.

🔹 Key Benefits

  • Continuous Process Visibility: Monitor shipments at every stage and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
  • Phase-by-Phase Overview: Track shipments by custom columns representing milestones such as customs, internal documentation, or billing.
  • Deviation Detection: Quickly spot shipments that require attention with color-coded columns and customizable alerts.

🔹 How It Works

1️⃣ Create & Customize Columns

  • Choose the number of columns you need and name them as you like (e.g., Customs, Internal Documentation, Customer Billing, Ready for Dispatch).
  • Assign colors to columns for easy visual identification.
  • Reorder columns to match your internal workflow.

2️⃣ Assign Shipments

Each shipment has a new “Kanban Status” field:

  • Drag-and-drop: Move shipments between columns in the Kanban view.
  • Direct edit: Click the Kanban Status cell in the shipment table to update it manually.

This allows you to track shipments exactly the way your team works.

3️⃣ Filter & Focus

  • Filter Kanban columns by shipment status, ETA, POD, or group.
  • Focus on specific stages of your workflow without losing sight of the bigger picture.

🔹 Best Practices

  • Use color coding to highlight high-priority shipments or bottlenecks.
  • Reorder columns regularly to match evolving workflows.
  • Combine Kanban with filters for internal follow-ups, emergency cases, or milestone tracking.
