Improved

Enhanced Alert Management with Priority Levels

We've significantly upgraded the alert configuration system to provide granular control over shipment notifications.

What Changed:

Alert Priority Levels: All alerts can now be categorized as Critical, Warning, or Information. Users configure which events trigger which priority level through the new Alert Settings interface.

Configurable Alert Types:

  • ETA Change (estimated arrival date)
  • ETD Change (estimated departure date)
  • POD Change (port of discharge)
  • POL Change (port of loading)
  • Bill of Lading Split
  • Transshipment Added/Removed

Refined Daily Report Email: The daily alert summary now contains only alerts matching your configured settings, reducing noise and improving signal-to-noise ratio.

Enhanced Alerts Dashboard: The main Alerts page displays color-coded priority indicators (red for Critical, orange for Warning, blue for Information) and supports filtering by alert type.*

Improved Email Layout: Notification emails now include visual formatting that matches the configured priority level. How to Use:

Navigate to Workspace Settings > Alerts to define your alert levels. Use drag-and-drop to reorder alerts by priority. Changes apply workspace-wide and affect all users.

Technical Note: Alert configurations are shared at the workspace level. Disabling an alert removes it from the Daily Alert Summary report.
