Automatic Shipment Archiving

Shipments are now automatically archived 30 days after their status changes to DELIVERED. This feature helps maintain dashboard clarity by separating active shipments from completed ones.
Key behaviors:
- Archived shipments no longer receive updates or status changes
- All archived shipments are accessible via the "Archive" folder in the platform
- Historical data for archived shipments remains fully consultable
- Archived shipments cannot be restored to active status; updates require creating a new shipment entry (consumes one credit)
✅Impact: Improves platform performance and user experience by organizing shipments based on their lifecycle stage. No user action required—archiving occurs automatically.
